Advertising doesn’t HAVE to suck. The challenge, of course, is coming up with ads that are clever/interesting enough that your audience wants to engage with them, rather than avoid them. Obviously, not everyone will like every ad, but here are a few examples that were recently forwarded to me by my mother that I think demonstrate some pretty clever thinking on the part of some advertisers…
